As per the update from the Spanish Embassy in Kuwait, effective from 28 April 2026, applicants can submit their visa cancellation requests at the BLS center in Kuwait.
Please note the following Process, which is mandatory to be followed:
- Visa cancellation requests can be accepted only if the application form is duly filled (Refer attachment) or a proper request letter is provided with all the details.
- If the applicant is requesting the cancellation of the visa in his or her current valid passport, the original valid passport must be submitted along with the cancelation request form.
- If the applicant is requesting the cancellation of the visa, due to the revocation of the Kuwaiti nationality, loss, stealing or shredding of the passport, a corresponding certificate issued by Ministry of Interiors whether original or a copy, mentioning that the old passport was annulled or lost, must be submitted along with a copy of the current valid Passport or civil id.
The duly filled application form or Request letter along with the required documents will be sent to the Embassy in Kuwait for further action.
